Your life will reflect the beliefs and thoughts you nurture within you. Plant seeds of a future you will love. If unconscious parts of you are blocking the future you imagine as the seeds of tommorrow, the issues will come up to be healed.

I have done much inner work to arrive at the happiness of my present life.

Do not be afraid of inner work, it can be quite cathartic and freeing.You may find you need to find forgiveness in your heart, release fears or a myriad of different issues that are unique to you.

When you envision the future you want, life guides you in the process of how to get there.

What seeds are you planting for a life you love?

What you sow, so shall you reap…

The Starfish Story

One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a boy picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean. Approaching the boy, he asked, “What are you doing?”

The youth replied, “Throwing starfish back into the ocean. The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die.”

“Son,” the man said, “don’t you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? You can’t make a difference!”

After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it back into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said…” I made a difference for that one.”

Along the way in life we all pick up little treasures, moments that delight us, make our heart sing, make us smile, surprise us, inspire us.

There are endless possibilites on creating you. Let the world be your canvas and your inspiration. When you put the intention out there of what you would like to be, life follows this thought and the universe hears you.Don’t play it small…I love this quote from Marianne Williamson, it has inspired me.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. Do you love what you do?

Do you love what you do?

When your day is through, do you want to talk about your day or put it out of your mind?
My thoughts on this are that it would ideal to do what we love, to be excited to talk about what we did that day.

Are you passionate about what you do in your life?

When I see my husband at the end of the day I can’t wait to share what happened during the day. I feel excited and passionate about what I do. It is such a good feeling to have. I have been in a place where I was not excited about my life. Being excited and passionate about it, is such a better place to be.

There are so many things to do, books to read that can help you to create the life you want to live rather than live a life you just exist in.

Be a star in your own life!
